Jeff haney

Jeff Haney brings extensive experience managing the full real estate development life cycle including site selection, acquisition, design, entitlement, financing, construction, stabilization, operation and disposition. 

He regularly plays a pivotal leadership role in the day to day planning, development, budgeting, financing, entitlement, ownership, and marketing of projects involving 1,150+ acres of land and more than 2,500,000 square feet of building development/construction.

Jeff has been directly responsible for over $500,000,000 in commercial real estate brokerage transactions and has served as the team leader on several public private partnerships involving more than $150,000,000 in incentives.

Jeff’s career includes Partner/Executive leadership positions held with The Tutera Group, Haney & Co., Dial Realty of Kansas City, HMH Development and RED Development as Executive Vice President.

Jeff is a lifelong resident of Kansas City where he resides with his beautiful wife Amanda and their two wonderful daughters. They spend family time together traveling, participating in music, dance and sports of all kinds along with enjoying their lives with extended family and friends.
